To get straight to the point: I can warmly recommend Annelie Herz’s services. As the executor of an estate, I had to sell a large apartment in Prague Vinohrady, as a foreigner and not very fluent in Czech. Mrs Herz took on the job as a broker, she created a small but fine commercial, starring the apartment, with Ms. Herz as a talented supporting actress, who very cleverly emphasised the advantages of the property. Within a month, several interested parties got in touch, and Mrs Hart took care of the visits, the negotiations and the legal aspects from A to Z. A buyer was soon found, who was willing to pay the desired price and who also fitted in well with the surroundings and the apartment. For Mrs Herz, who sees her job as broker as an all-round carefree package, that was by no means the end of the story. With prudence and understanding, she sold the entire inventory of the apartment, furniture works of art, every-day-objects or brought them to the charities. She relieved me of all the administrative work associated with a change of ownership, mostly in her free time, and with a smile. Zařídila veškerou administrativu i smlouvy, také se postarala o veškerou komunikaci s klientem. S nájemníky jsme maximálně spokojeni.
